Richard Ida has taken & passed all the tests required by ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) & has had his inspection reporting system verified as meeting ASHI standards. Certified #102385

Richard is one of only two, full ASHI members in Central Wisconsin!

Richard was a founding member of the Madison, and Stevens Point, WI chapters of WAHI (Wisconsin Association of Home Inspectors), & is currently on the Board of Directors of the State Association.

Richard has passed all the State of Wisconsin tests & is also State Certified #106-071, EPA certified(listed) for radon testing EPA #174260T, & DILHR Certified # 71721 for Rental Weatherization inspections.
