Reporting System Details!

• The on-site inspection is performed by a trained, licensed inspector, with experience in all phases of home inspection. 
• The inspector enters his findings into a portable computer during the inspection & you receive your printed report at the site! 
• Digital pictures are taken of defects & a CD disc containing pictures with voice over narration is given to the client at the inspection, helping the customer understand. 
• The report also comes with a home repair CD computer program for making common repairs around the house.

Pictures are taken throughout the inspection, each picture has voice over narration on the picture, describing what the picture shows & it's concerns!

Type in the repair you want to make, the program brings up color step by step pictures & then talks you through the repair.  You can also print out a list of things you need to buy at the store, what tools you will need & if the project is easy or hard to do!

The computer assisted report (approx. 35 pages) & Home Repair CD program, tell the limitations of the inspected systems, describe the systems, tell how to remedy problems, and tell the observations of the inspector. Broad repair cost estimates may be included.  Pictures are included in the report pages, on the summary pages & on a separate CD containing voice narration!
